WILL I HAVE TO GET UNDRESSED

FOR THE HEALTH SCREENING?

No, you will only need to take your shoes and socks off

to stand on the weighing scales.

CAN YOU DIAGNOSE A MEDICAL CONDITION?

We cannot diagnose any medical condition as we are not medical doctors,

if anything is highlighted in the Body Reboot health screening that we feel

warrants further investigation, we will refer you to your GP.

DO I HAVE TO BUY ANY OF THE SUPPLEMENTS

OR FOLLOW THE RECOMMENDATIONS YOU MAKE?

The onus is on the client whether to follow the recommendations

we suggest, we are here to guide and advise only.

CAN I BRING ANYONE WITH ME TO

THE HEALTH SCREENING?

Yes of course, however if more than one person wants to be screened,

please book out individual sessions, so we have enough time to do the full screening.

DDO I NEED TO TELL YOU MY MEDICAL HISTORY?

You do not need to tell us your full medical history as we are not doctors

and this is not a clinical medical review, however, it is helpful to know

about any existing conditions you may have.

I HAVE A SPECIFIC ISSUE THAT I WANT TO WORK ON,

DO I HAVE TO DO THE MIND REBOOT?

We take all of our clients through this process before we focus on

more specific issues such as addictions, self-harm, weight management,

eating disorders, OCD, or moving into coaching sessions.

This is because those issues are the surface level behaviours that are

driven by the deeper patterns and programs that the mind reboot i

s designed to clear. Therefore, the surface level coping mechanisms

are no longer necessary and often fall away naturally, or can be

resolved more easily after you complete the reboot program.

WILL I HAVE TO TELL YOU ABOUT MY PAINFUL PAST?

It is not necessary for me to know about anything that may have

happened to you in the past. We will of course be respectful and

understanding with any information you wish to tell us. We will work

together to empower you to change and create the future you deserve.

The NLP techniques we use can be done totally content

free if you don’t wish to tell us anything personal.

WHAT IS HYPNOSIS LIKE?

The hypnotic state is very ordinary in many ways, we all go into

trance states many times in the day, when we are reading

or watching TV, for instance. Have you ever driven somewhere

and not quite been sure how you arrived? You quite possibly

entered a self-induced hypnotic trance state. T

his happens when we are so engrossed in a particular action,

but we are relaxed at the same time.

CAN HYPNOTHERAPY MAKE ME DO

SOMETHING I DON’T WANT TO DO?

Hypnosis does not involve you losing control of your mind or

the therapist taking control of your mind. You cannot be hypnotised

against your will or made to do anything you do not want to do,

contrary to what we have been led to believe by popular TV or stage shows.

WHAT IS DIFFERENT ABOUT

YOUR APPROACH TO THERAPY?

We use a more modern approach to hypnotherapy where the client

plays an active role in the healing process. We simply guide you

through a set of powerful techniques in which you will work

through your emotional blocks in a safe and comfortable way,

creating fast measurable results. You will be consciously aware

of what is happening at all times and fully in control of your experience.

Even people that have struggled with traditional hypnotherapy

in the past say that this approach really works.

​​HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS?

The Initial Consultation can take up to an hour and a half,

and subsequent sessions take about an hour.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SESSIONS?

The Initial Consultation is priced at £80.

Subsequent sessions are then purchased in blocks of 5, priced at £400.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Liberated Life is located at the following address,

and we have 4 designated therapy rooms onsite.

The Ridge, 8 Bell Bank View, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 2RL.

IS THERE DESIGNATED PARKING ?

Yes, we have a large off road parking area onsite.

IS THERE DISABILITY ACCESS?

We don’t have specific facilities. However, please get in touch

to discuss your individual needs as we may be able to accommodate.

The alternative option is to have your sessions online from your home.

This method is just as effective as in person.

DO YOU SPEAK ANY OTHER LANGUAGES?

Unfortunately we can only offer our services in English.

However, we may be able to offer some of our services with the

assistance or an interpreter should you wish to bring one.

Please call ahead to discuss your specific needs.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend or family member to your

Initial Consultation. However, we advise that you attend

subsequent sessions on your own to get the most out of the process.

DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN?

We do not work with anyone under the age of 16.

However, we are fully DBS checked.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PETS ONSITE?

Yes we have 2 indoor cats. They are not allowed in any of the

therapy rooms, however we cannot guarantee that some dander

or fur may not be present. Therefore if you have a serious allergy to

cats we recommend that you use your discretion, or have your sessions online.

Please note that we can help you overcome various allergies, including cats.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE SESSION?

We accept guide dogs, but we ask you to leave other pets at home.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal and cash.

Please note that all session must be paid for in advance.

HOW OFTEN WILL I NEED TO ATTEND SESSIONS?

We recommend that you attend your sessions weekly to get the best results.

However, you can attend bi-weekly if required.

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

Re-scheduling or cancellations of appointments should be

done at least 24 hours before your planned appointment.

Breaking these terms without a reasonable explanation will

result in the client being charged for the full session.

Please note that multiple cancellations and repeated lateness

could result in the termination of this contract.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND AND WISH TO CANCEL?

The client is entitled to cancel this service at any time.

This must be submitted in writing via e-mail or letter.

Any outstanding payments must be settled in full before

the cancellation can be finalised.

REFUNDS

Attended sessions are non-refundable. Any remaining sessions

from a block booking must be used within 6 months, or can be

refunded in the case of a cancellation (as above).

DO YOU WORK EVENINGS?

We try to be as flexible as possible with our working hours to ensure

that people can find a slot that works for them and their schedule.

Please refer to our booking system for our availability.

DO YOU WORK AT WEEKENDS?

We do offer some weekend appointments on request, but these

spaces are limited. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

ARE YOU FULLY QUALIFIED?

We are both fully qualified and accredited,

and these qualifications can be viewed on request.

ARE YOU INSURED?

We are fully covered by professional indemnity insurance,

and your personal information is protected by the new

Data Protection Act.

ARE YOU AFFILIATED WITH

ANY GOVERNING BODIES?

CAN I CONTACT YOU BETWEEN SESSIONS?

Yes, but contact should be kept to a minimum, as any issues

should be discussed in the sessions. Any contact should

be restricted to sociable hours and shouldn’t be abused.

SHOULD I ATTEND MY SESSION IF I AM SICK?

We wouldn’t recommend attending if you are unwell as the session

requires focus, and we want you to get the most out of the process.

CAN I LINK WITH YOU ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

You can follow us on our business social media platforms.

However, we cannot accept personal friend requests.

CAN I SOCIALISE WITH YOU AFTER MY SESSIONS ARE COMPLETE?

Unfortunately this is not possible as it goes against our code of conduct.

DO YOU WORK WITH COUPLES?

We do not offer couples therapy services. However,

we do often work with couples on an individual basis.

CAN YOU WORK WITH MY FRIENDS

AND FAMILY MEMBERS?

Yes, in most situations we can work with other friends and family.

This due to the content free nature of our approach.

However, we will use our discretion on a case by case basis.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM FEELING

SUICIDAL BETWEEN SESSIONS?

We recommend that you go to A&E to seek immediate medical attention.

CAN I TAKE NOTES DURING THE SESSION?

Yes you can write some notes, however we do not permit

you to record the sessions using an electronic device.

DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING

TO THE SESSIONS?

No, you don’t need to bring anything with you,

unless you think it is necessary for your comfort.

CAN I START THE MIND REBOOT/THERAPY

WITH YOU IF I AM ALREADY SEEING

ANOTHER THERAPIST?

We recommend that you finish the therapy that you are

already engaged in before signing up to the our services.

However, it is possible to work with us alongside other therapies

as long as the other therapist agrees to this in advance.

DO I HAVE TO COMPLETE

THE INTAKE FORM?

It is not compulsory, however we highly recommend that you complete

the form and as much detail as you can, so that we can

give you the best possible experience in your consultation.

WILL I HAVE TO DO ANY HOMEWORK BETWEEN SESSIONS?

It is not compulsory to do the tools and techniques between sessions.

However, the clients that fully engage and commit to using

the tools make progress a lot faster and therefore need less sessions.

You are required to listen to the relaxation track at least once per day,

preferably before bed or as a meditation during the day.

It is in your own interest to reduce your stress levels between sessions,

so that you can make the most of your time with the therapist.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THE

THERAPY IS WORKING?

There are lots of signs that the therapeutic process is working.

Early on you may notice improved sleep, clearer thinking, a reduction

in stress or less anxiety. As the process continues you will notice

that you are no longer being triggered by the same people or situations.

You are generally calmer and more motivated.

You can stay logical and rational when in stressful situations and

you start to feel more confident and comfortable within yourself.

WHAT IF I DON’T NOTICE ANY OF THE ABOVE CHANGES?

Everyone if different and progresses at their own speed.

However, as long as you are fully engaging in the process and using

the tools and relaxation tracks consistently then changes are inevitable.

IS YOUR SERVICE COMPLETELY CONFIDENTIAL?

Yes, but please read our GDPR guidelines as there are a few exceptions to this.

However, these exceptions are designed for your protection and safety.
