THE STUDIO
Our spacious and welcoming studio at Liberated Life in Bingley, West Yorkshire is available to hire for holistic therapies, wellbeing events, workshops and professional training.
The flexible space is ideal for Yoga, Pilates, breathwork, meditation, sound baths, holistic therapy groups, wellbeing workshops, practitioner training, CPD courses and professional training days. The studio can also be used for wellness fairs and holistic events, providing a welcoming environment for practitioners and attendees.
For training, the studio can be arranged classroom-style and includes 15 conference chairs, five trestle tables, projector and large screen, flipchart and PA system. Refreshment facilities and free on-site parking are also available.

FULL SPECTRUM SAUNA IN BINGLEY
Take time out to relax, unwind and enjoy the warmth of our private 3-person Full Spectrum Sauna at Liberated Life in Bingley, West Yorkshire.
Our sauna can be booked just for yourself or shared with up to two other people, making it ideal for some peaceful time alone, a relaxing experience with a partner, or a wellbeing session with friends.
Full spectrum infrared saunas use a combination of near, mid and far infrared wavelengths alongside heat. Many people choose sauna sessions as part of their wellbeing routine for relaxation, unwinding after exercise and supporting their recovery routine, or simply to enjoy some dedicated time away from everyday demands.
Sauna Sessions & £10 Special Offers
You don't need to be receiving another treatment at Liberated Life to enjoy the sauna. Standalone sauna sessions are available for individuals, couples and groups of up to three people.
We also regularly run special £10 sauna sessions on selected days, making it an affordable way to experience our Full Spectrum Sauna for yourself.
The sauna is also available as part of Shirley's Complete Colonic Experience, combining her private, nurse-led colonic hydrotherapy service with a 25-minute Full Spectrum Sauna session, where suitable following screening.
And coming soon, Becky at The Reset Room will be introducing dedicated Reset packages incorporating the sauna, complementing her work around injury recovery, personal training, strengthening, core work, mobility and improved movement.
Whether you come alone, share a session with friends, take advantage of one of our £10 sauna offers, or experience the sauna as part of one of our practitioner packages, it's your time to relax, reset and recharge.
Based at our Bingley wellness centre, we're easily accessible from Bradford, Shipley, Saltaire, Keighley, Ilkley and surrounding areas of West Yorkshire, with free on-site parking.
