The 5 Unconscious drivers
We call our model of therapy the
Mind Reboot. It is a 5 stage therapeutic
process designed to resolve the
5 unconscious factors that drive all surface
level thoughts, emotions and behaviours.
These 5 factors are:
1. Stress – Your body & minds
reaction to pressure or demand.
2. Trauma – The unresolved intense
emotional events that have already
happened, which keep getting
re-triggered.
3. Protective Mechanisms
(anxious/depressive states & procrastination) –
created to stop the past events
happening again.
4. Emotional Triggers – our automatic
emotional reactions toward people and
situations (anger, sadness, fear, hurt and guilt).
E.g. Road Rage.
5. Limiting Beliefs – Negative ideas or
thoughts about the self that make up
the self-image and affect their self-worth.

Hypnotherapy
One-on-One Sessions
Hypnosis is simply a state of focused
attention (a learning state).
We are in this altered state
of consciousness many times a day.
For example, when we are driving,
watching television, or exercising…
This is when the two parts of your mind
(the conscious and unconscious)
are focusing on the same thing,
and when a person is in this state they are
more receptive to suggestion.
In a therapeutic setting, the practitioner
will use hypnosis to help the client to
overcome a range of conditions by speaking
directly to the unconscious mind
and introducing these positive suggestions
to help a person find the mental resources they
need to overcome their past experiences and
current emotional challenges.
This is a safe highly effective process and will
quickly help to change unhelpful thinking
and behaviour patterns.
James and Tanif use a modern type of hypnotherapy which is a lot more interactive. The client will always be consciously aware of what is happening and they will feel fully in control as they engage in the healing process.

Neuro
Refers to our neurological system.
How we interpret and interact with ourselves

Focuses on the internal programs that
we as human beings are constantly running
to function in the world. Through NLP we can
update or change these habitual programs,

Coaching
Most people think that a life coach is
the same as a sports coach.
You go to an expert who tells you what
you need to do, or where you
are going wrong.
But this couldn’t be further from
the truth. A life coach assumes that
the client has all of the answers,
or at least knows the best place to find them.
The client does not need to be fixed,
or told what to do.
Instead the coach will use powerful
questions and tools to help draw out
the answers and solutions that the
client already has inside their mind.
Coaching is future-focused unlike
counselling/therapy. It seeks to identify the
desires of the client, and then help
them to achieve them by breaking the
goal down into manageable steps.
The coach always follows the clients agenda.
The client decides on the topic/content
of each session, and it is the coach’s job
to listen, reflect back, raise awareness,
challenge, and keep the client on track.
Your coach will help you to understand
exactly what it is you want, and why this
is important to you. They will help you
to plan how you are going to achieve it,
understand what might get in your way,
how to overcome these blocks, and
support/empower you as you take the
actions needed to achieve your
desired outcomes.
IMPORTANT – James and Tanif will only offer coaching
sessions to people that have gone through the
Mind Reboot program first. This is because if a person
hasn’t resolved all of their unconscious patterns and
limiting beliefs they will self-sabotage
the coaching process.

EFT, or Emotional
Freedom Technique,
