Take some dedicated time for your gut health and overall wellbeing with the Belle of the Bowel™ Complete Experience, available at Liberated Life in Bingley. This personalised experience combines a professional, nurse-led consultation and colonic hydrotherapy treatment with Shirley, complemented by a relaxing 25-minute session in our Full Spectrum Sauna, where appropriate. The Complete Experience has been designed for clients who would like to make their appointment more than simply a treatment — allowing additional time to relax, unwind and focus on themselves in the calm and private surroundings of Liberated Life. What does the Complete Experience include? Your £120 Complete Experience includes a personalised consultation with Shirley, your colonic hydrotherapy treatment and a 25-minute Full Spectrum Sauna session, subject to suitability. Shirley takes an individual approach to every client. Your health, circumstances and suitability will be considered before treatment, and the sauna will only be incorporated where it is appropriate for you. Full Spectrum Sauna Unlike a conventional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, our Full Spectrum Sauna incorporates infrared wavelengths to provide a warming and relaxing sauna experience. The sauna provides an opportunity to relax, unwind and enjoy gentle warmth as part of your visit. We deliberately avoid presenting sauna use as a medical treatment or making promises around “detoxification”. Instead, it forms part of the wider wellbeing experience alongside Shirley's professional care. Your safety comes first Combining two wellbeing therapies isn't appropriate for everyone. Before your appointment, your suitability for both colonic hydrotherapy and sauna use will be assessed. Certain health conditions, medications, pregnancy, recent illness, dehydration or problems tolerating heat may mean that sauna use is unsuitable or that medical advice is recommended before proceeding. Where the sauna isn't considered appropriate, Shirley can discuss the most suitable treatment option with you. You will also be encouraged to remain appropriately hydrated and given time to cool down and rehydrate between the sauna and your colonic treatment.
