Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. A new session will need to be booked and paid for. Thank you for understanding that late cancellations leave us unable to offer the appointment to someone else.
